CPD events and development
What events do we provide and how do they work?
We host investment and pensions, and mortgage and protection themed CPD events up and down the country throughout the year that provide advisers training and development in their advice areas. We offer 5 different series throughout the year each with 8 regional events per series. 3 of these are for Investment advisers and 2 for our mortgage advisers.
Our objective is to provide a comprehensive training and education programme to benefit In Partnership advisers and ultimately enhance and improve customer outcomes.
Our programme receives accreditation from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) and The London Institute of Banking & Finance (LIBF), which demonstrates the commitment In Partnership have for delivering a high quality development programme for you. For every training event undertaken in 2025, In Partnership will seek accreditation by the CII and LIBF as structured CPD.
Our programme is primarily for In Partnership advisers so we assist in their development and client outcomes, however we do supply a limited availability option for non network advisers looking for CPD and networking opportunities.

Our programme is designed to support Continuous Professional Development (CPD) for advisers in key subject areas, elevate competence and professional standards, and foster strategic relationships that provide ongoing support for advisers.
We are passionate about successful client outcomes and believe the best way to provide this is to ensure we are helping our advisers the best way we can and attend to their every business and professional requirements.

We host 5 series a year, each with 8 events per series. 3 of the series focus on Investments and pensions, whereas the other 2 focus on mortgage and protection. You are free to attend as many as you wish, but spaces are limited for advisers not associated with the network.
