Meet the Team

  • Sue has been with In Partnership since 2013 with the primary aim of working alongside the membership. Leading the wider team, she is genuinely passionate about supporting and empowering our members to achieve their goals.

    Sue brings diverse knowledge to the role with a background of payroll and HR management, data protection and most importantly extensive customer service experience.

    Sue has an interest in education, having previously been Chair of Governors for a local school for over 8 years and a Director of an education service provider.

    In her spare time, Sue enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, reading and cooking.

  • Laveeza started her career in financial services after joining a graduate scheme at Mattioli Woods in 2017, where she gained a wealth of knowledge in pensions and wealth management. 

    She has worked at In Partnership since 2022 as an account manager, supporting our members with a range of needs and enjoys being able to travel to see our advisers across the UK to discuss their business and how In Partnership can help and support them.

    Outside of work, Laveeza's life is mostly taken up by sports. She plays rugby for Dorking, watches plenty of martial arts having trained for over 17 years in Muay Thai, and for her sins, is a dedicated Arsenal fan!
