Receive £2,000 per adviser you introduce to the network
We’ve designed it as a thank you: because we know that a personal reference from our valued members is more likely to result in an appointment than a casual enquiry. For the recruitment of new advisers we will pay £1000 upon appointment with In Partnership. A further payment of £1000 per adviser is payable upon the first anniversary of appointment. All you need to do is ensure the new member mentions the “Member Get Member” scheme on the application or make a referral.
The payment does not apply when an existing member recruits further advisers into their own firms. *The second payment is provided that the adviser and introductory firm are still members and the adviser has met a minimum turnover criteria of £100k. This payment is calculated with a first three months grace period to allow for a ‘settling in’ period.
