As a founder shareholder of In Partnership, Kevin was involved with a group of people who wanted to create something special with our advisers, a true partnership with likeminded advisers putting their clients at the centre of everything they do. His responsibility to In Partnership continues today with the continuing development and implementation of strategy for the business, incorporating distribution, operational and marketing goals.

Away from the office, Kevin enjoys gardening and spending time on the golf course.

Steve has worked within the financial services industry since 1980. Before joining In Partnership he was with Hill Samuel Professional Advisers and Allied Dunbar / Zurich. Both roles were centred around development and progression of the adviser and their business within the intermediary marketplace. Steve joined In Partnership in 2004 where his role is to recruit advisers and develop the Groups business.

Steve has a keen interest in football, golf and cricket.

Gordon is a Former Army Warrant Officer having served 19 years in the Corps or Royal Engineers and a short spell in the Adjutant Generals. Gordon Joined The On-Line Partnership Limited on 1st May 2000 as Compliance Manager to ensure the application for regulatory permissions was achieved. Successfully secured PIA Authorisation in August 2000 and then joined the Board of The On-Line Partnership Limited on 23rd October 2001.

Gordon’s Interests include watching football and is a former qualified referee. He enjoys walking his dog and spending time with his grandchildren.

William is a chartered accountant who qualified in 1991 with KPMG and joined In Partnership in September 2019. Most of William’s career has been in financial services although he has had roles working in shipping, aviation and with a team of entrepreneurs who invested in green energy and built a film studio. William has worked in the financial services industry on and off since 1995 when he joined Berry birch and Noble as the financial controller.

Outside of the office, William enjoys running, training and working with his dogs.

Martin is an experienced investment professional, having gained 25 years in the industry before joining In Partnership in July 2020. Martin held senior positions at Banque General de Luxembourg, Barclays Wealth, Fidelity Investments and Benchmark Capital. His wide experience makes Martin the ideal person to drive and implement the In Partnership investment strategy.

Martin is a dedicated supporter of Brentford FC, Martin also loves playing and coaching tennis.

Lindsey has worked at In Partnership since 2006, managing the Authorisations & Approvals team before progressing into wider operational roles. Lindsey has been a member of the Senior Management Team for nearly 10 years and joined the Board of Directors in January 2022. Prior to In Partnership, Lindsey worked for many years in Pensions at RSA and then with JLT Group.

Lindsey has two children and enjoys holidays, days out with the family, fine dining and good wine.
